What we have done so far
2023-2026
A look at Therapy Center’s clinical services, counselling collaborations, psychological assessments, and training programs delivered from 2023 to 2026..
Since 2023, Therapy Center has worked with schools, community organisations, public institutions, resorts, and corporate partners to make psychological support and wellbeing education more accessible. The work has included direct clinical services, student counselling, psychological assessments, and tailored training programs for parents, teachers, employees, and stakeholder groups.
Clinical Services
- Provided psychological services to Billabong High International School (BHIS), where psychotherapy and counselling were offered to BHIS school students from November to December 2023.
- Conducted psychological assessments in Lh. Naifaru in collaboration with Bliss Care from 29 February to 03 March 2024.
- Provided psychotherapy and counselling services for school students from 2024 to 2025 in collaboration with Advocating the Rights of Children (ARC).
- In collaboration with Bank of Maldives (BML), we have been providing psychological services for BML staff since January 2025.
Training Services
- Facilitated a tailor-made session on Battling Exam Stress with Islanders Education from 12 November to 16 November 2023.
- Facilitated a tailor-made session on Early Intervention Training for parents and teachers in collaboration with Kulhudhuffushi City Council from 06 December to 07 December 2023.
- Partnered with Dhigali Maldives to conduct Self-Growth & Team Excellence wellness training for employees, successfully conducting the first group from 05 March to 07 March 2024 and the second group from 08 May to 10 May 2024.
- Facilitated a tailor-made session covering effective communication, relationship building, and establishing workplace boundaries for Family Protection Authority on 20 May 2024.
- Collaborated with the Family Protection Authority (FPA) to conduct a session for R. Atoll stakeholders on Communicating with Survivors on 04 June 2024.
- Conducted six Foundations of Wellbeing training sessions for BML staff throughout 2025, supporting self-identification, self-growth, leadership, and healthy team dynamics.
- Developed and conducted Thrive Together, a training on effective communication and relationship building, for BML staff in August 2025.
- Developed and conducted a Burnout Prevention training for BML staff in September 2025.
- Developed and conducted Cultivating a Growth Mindset for BML staff in November 2025, with a focus on deeper, value-aligned, and emotionally resilient learning and adaptability.
- Developed and conducted Mindfulness and Wellbeing During Ramadan for BML staff in February 2026.
These projects reflect our continued commitment to responsive, evidence-informed care and practical wellbeing education across the Maldives.
