Kina enjoys working as a Receptionist at TC because she gets to help people and guide them to the support they need. It makes her happy to see clients receive the help they are looking for and leave feeling supported. She also feels that being part of the TC team helps her stay positive and supports her wellbeing.

Shau enjoys working at TC because it allows her to connect with people and help them to get the service they want. Knowing that even a small act of kindness can make someone’s day better is what keeps her motivated.

Nash enjoys being one of the first points of contact for the clients. She wants to create a welcoming and supportive environment, helping people feel comfortable and guiding them to the services they need. Being part of a team that supports mental well-being is something that is meaningful to her, and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Fun fact: She is a big fan of cozy indoor activities and would happily spend a day reading, writing, or watching movies. She also dreams of becoming a fantasy author someday and loves exploring imaginative worlds through stories.

Having gained experience in customer service, Geetha is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for clients and helping them feel comfortable from their very first interaction. She takes pride in being the link between our clients and therapists, helping create a smooth and positive experience for everyone. She also finds motivation in the friendly and supportive environment at TC, which makes her work truly enjoyable for her.

Fun fact: She can never say no to a good cup of coffee and a great conversation!

Amala believes that there is something incredibly rewarding about greeting people with a smile, listening to their needs, and smoothly guiding them to the right person or service. Whether it is helping a new client feel welcome, solving a small problem, or making someone’s day a little easier, she finds real joy in creating a positive first impression and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What keeps her motivated every day is knowing that she plays a small but meaningful role in connecting people and making TC feel approachable and caring.

Fun fact: She is a passionate classical dancer. She has been practicing for many years and it is one of the best ways she stays creative and energized outside of work.

As a receptionist at Therapy Center, Shairish loves meeting new people and helping them find the information or services they need. She enjoys creating a welcoming environment and making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported when they reach out to us.
